Terms and conditions

Cancellation of bookings made is free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival.

For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, or for no-shows, the full cost of the nights booked is due.

The hours, unless otherwise agreed in advance with the management, are as follows:

BREAKFAST from 8.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m.

CHECK IN from 15.00 to 19.00

CHECK OUT from 7.30 a.m. to 10.30 a.m.

Upon arrival, guests must be in possession of a valid identity document.

During their stay in the facility, guests are required to observe silence in the areas in front of their rooms from 10.00 p.m. to 8.00 a.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

Access by unregistered persons not authorised by the management is not permitted.

Animals may be allowed, but only with the authorisation of the management.

In the room
Smoking and disturbing noises are prohibited.
Any problems, breakages or malfunctions detected in the room must be reported to the management, otherwise they may be charged to the guest.
The room is cleaned daily and the bathroom linen is changed whenever it is left on the floor.
Each guest is responsible for the safekeeping of his/her own objects and/or valuables.
The management is not liable for the absence of objects and/or valuables in the rooms.
Objects forgotten in the room must be claimed within 48 hours after CHECK OUT, otherwise the hotel is relieved of any responsibility.

Parking area
The parking area for cars is private but not guarded, therefore the management is not liable for any damage that may occur during parking.
